Calgary Eves:  A Night at the Races

On May 5, 2006, the Calgary Eves had a social evening at the thoroughbred races at Stampede Park.  We purchased a blanket with our name on it and the fourth race was called the Canadian Progress Calgary Eves Feature.  Six of our members were at track side when the winner crossed the finish line.  We then presented the blanket to the owner of the horse.  It was a great way to get the name of Progress in front of the public and have a good time doing it!
