Caring Hearts Camp

May 29, Regina Wascana sponsored, coordinated and members Michelle Kimery, Janey Davies, Ivy Scobie, Ingrid Ruud, Mieke Gibson and Carol Tremblay volunteered at the closing day BBQ at The Caring Hearts Camp.

Face painting, cooking, serving, and the balloon release were a few activities that we organized.

The camp is a weekend for children who have had a family member pass away within the last year.  It gives them the opportunity to share with other children who have also experienced the death of a loved one and provides fun, counseling (if needed) and a chance to enjoy the outdoors.
