Halifax-Cornwallis:  Event Updates

Greetings from CPC Halifax-Cornwallis!

Progress events continued throughout the summer.  Members were out volunteering as Special Olympics NS held their annual games this year in Halifax.  Our annual golf day at Glen Arbour Golf Club followed by brunch was a successful social event.  Our foursome saw Carolyn Bragg almost making a hole in one—just two feet away from the pin!  Needless to say, much food and drink was consumed afterwards with lots of prizes!  Our Women of Excellence committee met several times over the summer to ensure our event is on track for October 13th.

We are all looking forward to another exciting year!
