| A Year in Review By
Juanita Soutar Hello, fellow Progressians! Another fiscal year-end has come and gone (where did the year go?) and you’ve probably held your Club AGMs and the new Executives are now in place. In addition, Regional Conventions are also now being held, along with the election of some new Regional Officers. Thank you to all of the out-going Club and Regional Officers for their time and effort during the past year and welcome to all of the new ones—my best wishes for a successful year. And, congratulations this year’s nominees and winners of the Club and Regional awards. If you have not already done so, please consider running for one of the National or CPCF Board positions that are available for election this year. Further details can be found in Immediate Past National President CJ MacMullin’s article in the last issue of The Progression. You can find the updated nomination forms on the Progress Club website at www.progressclub.ca and click on Member Services, using your unique login ID and password to enter the site. Work on the Blue Book revision continues, with the help of the Committee. We’ve set up a special section on the Home Page of the Progress Club website to temporarily store the documents we’re currently working on. Please take a look and if you have any comments or suggestions for material to be included in the revised Blue Book, please let me know via e-mail at juanitasoutar@hotmail.com. And finally, all of your club member information should now be posted on the Member Communication System (MCS). Carmel Kinder, our National Club Administrator, is using the information to send invoices to the Club Presidents for payment of the annual Membership Fees. Please ensure you promptly pay the invoice and also include the CPCF 5% and Banner Form and payment. Take care and I wish you all the best.
