Progress in the Central Region Moves Ahead

This year the two Governors of the Central Region John Holman and Roy Urbach have been making successes in their Zones.

Together they have held very successful joint Zone meetings, a venue which has proven to be sucessful for the members of Progress in the Central Region.  At both the Zone Meetings to date they have installed 7 new members into Progress.

Both Governors have continued to encourage all members to get involved in Regional events, using flyers, emails and the telephone.  A record number of members enjoyed the very successful Presidents’ Dinner which was attended by the National Board and our National President.

The Region has been understrength for a few years and the current Governors have and are continuing to make every effort to turn that around. There is going to be a third joint meeting and the Region will end its year with a BBQ hosted by Durham Ladies in June.
