| National Bylaws Review Committee
Update A National Review Committee has been struck to review the National Bylaws and recommend amendments for your consideration and vote at the National Convention in Sherbrooke this fall. The purpose of the review is to streamline bylaw content and ensure that your National Board has the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently on your behalf. The review requires that each subcommittee undertake and analyze the content of their respective section and recommend reductions and relevant changes. To ensure that we have strong regional input in the process, the volunteer committee has been comprised of strong and committed Progressians from every region of the country. While they are completing their tasks at hand, I am sure that they would welcome your suggestions and feedback should you have ideas that you would like to share. See below for a list of who is working on each section.
We plan to complete our review by early spring and publish the updated and recommended new bylaws on the National Website. You will then have the late spring and summer to review what we are proposing and provide us with further feedback. We plan to provide you with as many progress reports as possible and sincerely request your input. It will be very much appreciated. The National Board would like to thank the volunteers in advance for the fine job that we know they are going to do for us. Yours for Progress, Wolfgang Juchem
