Welcome to Progress!
Charter ceremonies were held on Friday, January 17th, 2003 in Moncton, New Brunswick and attracted over 50 guests including representatives from Halifax Progress Club, Halifax-Cornwallis Club, Pictou Ladies, and Miramichi.  Also in attendance were Municipal representatives as well as CPC National President CJ McMullin and his wife Arlene.
