| Halifax-Cornwallis The Hubbards weekend was lots of fun with the Pictou County club. Three very well appointed cottages were rented and food was brought along for a potluck weekend. Board games were brought out and the Olympics arranged to have a few Canadian Gold Medal wins on Saturday night. The club likes to stay connected in between all the serious stuff with social evenings and in January, a Mexican Potluck, complete with sombreros and mariachi music filled the bill. The H-C gals know how to have fun! A new members night was held on March 14th to educate recent joiners and acquaint them more with Progress. And finally, the club's spring event, Runaround, is well underway. This 5K run/walk has really taken off in the last few years and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever.
