Miramichi:  Who was that woman I saw you with?

Miramichi has gone co-ed and is in the process of building up membership. A Membership Night in November resulted in two new members. Prez Elect CJ was in attendance, ever the ambassador for Progress.

Thom Williams has taken up the mantle of club Prez, what with Calgary seducing away our former leader. Club member Brian Morris received his 5-year perfect attendance certificate and pin. Congratulations Brian. Now that you are this far, you'll have to keep going to 10 years!

Miramichi club members are in the middle of planning their biggest yearly fundraiser, "The River Breakfast", to be held on June 14. The Club will serve in excess of 2100 breakfasts at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. The food and accessories are all donated and 95% of the proceeds will go to the hospital for equipment.

The club recently added to the bottom line with a donation from the Miramichi Police Association, for some assistance with their yearly hockey game. -sw
