12 June 2003    re: National Awards Submissions

To all Club Presidents, Zone Governors and Regional Vice Presidents: Congratulations to all of the outstanding Presidents this year, and for those of you finishing your tenure as President -- on behalf of the National Board, I thank you for your service to Progress.

Unfortunately, your job is not yet finished. The National Awards program is an integral part of Progress Life and the responsibility for submissions falls on you and your Past President.  We need to receive your submissions prior to July 5th 2003, to qualify.

(For Award information and submissions packages, please see the Member Services section of this website, or link to Overview, Club Awards, Individual Awards.)

This year the National Awards program will accept electronically formatted submissions (DVDs) from the clubs and you can also attach photographs (electronic) with your submissions.  Please make sure the photographs are identifiable, and understand the judges will not see the photographs until Sherbrooke; so they have no impact on a submission.

Remember to follow not only the required elements, but also the number of typed pages allowed (12 point font), and please identify what awards you are applying for.  All the best.

Look forward to seeing you all in Sherbrooke.

Yours for Progress,

Glenn A. Montgomery B.Comm
